Miami Padel League ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Miami Padel League mobile application. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information when you use our app.
Information We Collect

- Account Information: Name, email address, and password when you create an account.
- Profile Information: Skill level, location (city), and profile photos you choose to upload.
- Match Data: Scores, match results, and team statistics.
- Device Information: Device type, operating system, and push notification tokens for sending match updates.
Camera and Photo Library Access
Our app requests access to your device's camera and photo library for the following purposes:
- Taking and uploading profile photos
- Capturing match moment photos
- Submitting photo evidence for score verification
Photos are stored securely and are only visible to relevant team members and league administrators. You can delete your photos at any time through your profile settings.
How We Use Your Information
- To create and manage your account
- To assign you to appropriate skill-based leagues and teams
- To track match results and maintain leaderboards
- To send push notifications about matches, scores, and league updates
- To process subscription payments (via Stripe)
- To communicate with you about your account and league activities
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:
- Other Players: Your name, profile photo, skill level, and match statistics are visible to other league members.
- Service Providers: We use Supabase for data storage and Stripe for payment processing. These providers have their own privacy policies.
Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure authentication, and row-level database security policies.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Update or correct your information
- Delete your account and associated data
- Opt out of push notifications
Account Deletion
To request deletion of your account and all associated data, please email us at Miamipadelleague1@gmail.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".
Please include:
- The email address associated with your account
- Your full name as it appears in the app
Upon receiving your request, we will:
- Verify your identity
- Delete your account within 30 days
- Remove all personal data including: profile information, match history, chat messages, and uploaded photos
- Send confirmation once deletion is complete
Note: Some anonymized statistical data (such as league standings history) may be retained for record-keeping purposes.
Children's Privacy
Our app is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
